Create and automatic Query for Real Estate MLS system

Objective:
Utilize one of the following RETS code libraries to automatically query the MRED MLS database for new/updated listings at regular intervals that fit the criteria provided and process them for display in a spreadsheet, preferably Google docs.
RETS is a standard API into all local area MLS systems and there are code libraries for both Java and .Net, so either development language may be used to complete this task. The RETS documentation can be found here:

Each property that meets the provided criteria will be then processed using several proprietary formula’s combined with more MLS data. The ones that process correctly will be inserted into the spreadsheet.
Specifications on the process, the criteria and the data that needs to be retrieved and stored will be provided once a confidentiality agreement has been executed. For estimating purposes, there are 3-4 criterion elements, four processing steps (2 of which may require retrieving more data from the MLS system) and about 15-20 fields that need to be returned.
