I am looking for someone with great knowledge in WordPress. I need 10 theme templates to work with wordpress.
10 themes should be inspired by these thems that are already there ( When I say inspired - it doesnt mean copy paste and exact replica. I want similar concept)

each template should have minimum 5 colors themes to which can be interchangeable with just click of a button
all the PSD files should be included as well as a simple instruction on how to install yourself should be created.
my goal is to create a website like this where i will showcase all these themes
i will be giving all these themes for free download there for my budget is low on this. I am willing to pay about $30 each template bringing it to maximum amount to be paid of $300 at end of the project for 10 templates
Once I the transaction is complete, you will be transferring rights to those themes to me. You will not be using them for any other projects or any other websites at all.
on completion of this project, you are giving up all the rights of these templates to me directly.
