fast Wordpress theme fixes

Hello teams,

What we have:

We have a LIVE & running website which is based on wordpress and using a theme client bought. It is a live site with thousands of hits everyday.

Existing website can be found here : d_t_f_._i_n (remove underscore). Its just a few hr job if we get dedicated time since 80% of job is already done by our previous team.

What we want:

We need some fixes on Home page & Post template, mainly content layout (document of content will be provided to winning team).

Theme can be found here [url removed, login to view] (we need layout close to this theme).

We need everything else to work fine once changing of new theme is done.

Its just a few hr job if we get dedicated time since 80% of job is already done by our previous team.

Our budget is not more than $50 since its a few hr job for an efficient team.

We will provide the backup of the website after selecting the winning team.

Project is to be completed within 2-3 days after selecting the team.
