Web site alterations and additions (for IT-Solution06)(repost)

I have an existing web site built by a RentaCoder.

The last coder has done a great job but it has taken 6 months to get it to this stage and it is not complete. I require a coder experienced with Page / Site Design, Database, Language Specific, ASP, Web Services, SQL Server, Microsoft Access java script to make alterations to some functions and ad some additional functions and complete the job in a timely manner. 2 weeks from bid selection.

**Please read the attached document prior to bidding.** I require good communication form the coder to ensure I am delivered what is required so please ask as many questions as you like.

Please do not bid if you cannot deliver what is required in the time frame.

2 weeks from bid selection. I will be happy to extend the deadline provide I am receiving good communicationalong the way.

Please provide me with links to some of your past completed works of similar nature.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
