Adobe Air tablet/desktop capture application

We're looking for an Adobe Flex/Air developer/devigner to develop a solution which runs on iPad and Android tablets which users will use to capture certain truckloads and their source/destination data, as well as a desktop management interface which can be used to define required fields/parameters.

The application will have to sync back to a centralized database (sqlite, MS Sql or My Sql) when the iPad/tablet has network connectivity.
