Using a pre-set list of graphics, I'd like either an online or windows based tool which will create a 468x60 banner with pre-set criteria.
Sample banner that I want to create here

I will provide all the graphics
The tool will select
- Background graphic
- Logo #1
- Logo #2
- Text Frame 1
- Text Frame 2
- Text Frame 3
Font size will stay the same as these banners will be very similar (just different logo's but sized the same)
If you can provide me with this tool, I'll definitely add a phase 2 to the project for different sizes and more features.
