Modify File Hosting Script

I have purchased PHP File Hosting Script from yetishare.com. But that script doesnt meet my requirement. So i need someone or team to modify the script. Here is what i need:
1. The script will run on Windows 7 64 bit servers using XAMPP. The modify must 100% support for this.
2. For now the script using link like this when user download a file "[login to view URL]". That way makes CPU load too high. I want user download using direct link like this "[login to view URL]" without showing the real folder where the file stored. This way will be very efficient for CPU load.
3. Add feature for Enable/Disable download resume that support for download manager on free account.
4. The script already support for multiple server to store files on different server to spread the load and bandwidth. But this script doesnt have feature to move bulk files along the multiple server. So i need this feature available for me.
5. To check the script work 100% or not You must run it on system like mine, Windows 7 64 bit servers using the latest XAMPP. Or You can use my own servers to test the script.
