Modifications to Affiliate System

I need some modifications made to my affiliate software (I am using PostAffiliatePro 3.08).
These are:
i) Tracking Parameters and Reporting : I need better tracking for affiliates so they can add additional parameters such as keyword, referrer and cost to the standard affiliate URLs. They also need to see reports showing conversions by search engine and keyword and cost per conversion.
This needs to be integrated into the current system.
ii) Banners and Campaigns Section: When a campaign is clicked, I need it to show only banners, text links and other creative from that campaign.
iii) Template Redesign : I would like the template modified to look more contemporary.
iv) Invoice Generation : Needs to auto generate html invoices to send to affiliates.
v) Declined Leads Area : Need to be able to add reasons for declined leads in the merchants area that also show up in affiliates area.
Bidders with experience of Post Affiliate Pro preferred. Other bidders must show experience of developing affiliate tracking systems.
