Menu Modification for AVS (Adult Video Script)

Create a Left Menu bar for my AVS (Adult Video Script) website based on the tags within the uploaded videos. For instance, if several videos have "apple pie" in their tags when they are uploaded and we create a menu entry called "Apple Pie" and a user clicks that menu button all the videos with "apple pie" will populate the page.

I can provide pictures of this if needed. The menu has 66 entries.
