I have a Commercial Mortgage Lending site, which was created in mambo.
The site is fully functional and running, but it needs a revamp.
I would like to convert it to joomla, as I think it’s the way forward.
I’ve chosen a site I would like someone to clone a template to look like. I want to have a template that looks like [url removed, login to view] I would like a template pretty much like the CME, it’s a simple clean site, I would take off a few things, I don’t need a language selector
There are no galleries or videos, and there’s only really 1 module on the site. The module in question is the mortgage calculator module. I would like to add to this module, and be able to have other calculators on the site

There are several content categories, most all simple.
Biographies – profiles of the important people at the company.
loan types (the various types of loans available)
Property types (houses, boats, apartments, gold courses etc..)
News: company news and announcements
I would like these to appear on the front page, and place them where the content items on the [url removed, login to view] appear
Transactions – This is a history of recent and archived closed deals.
I have the docman component to work for this, but I think if we redo the site, I would like to use non pdf format, with the company logo appearing at the top, and the address at the bottom . Here is an example

Stock market Data: I have some live feeds of stock market data, programmed into the site, via a wrapper and a cron job, no work on this, It’s all done!
I must see a list of work done in joomla/mambo, and some really good sites.
User rating is very important to me.
