Finishing design touches and tweaks for WP site and FB page

We are looking for a great designer with an understanding of code and a very good eye for details.
AutoMagi currently have a web site with a working theme running on WordPress. For the last few months, we have been working on a new web site. This web site is now nearly finished, but we are not happy with the finishing touches of the site. As this web site is our window to the world, it is important for us that it is perfect down to every detail.

Each screen of the front page is clickable and brings you to the «next» screen further down the front page. At the same time the links on each screen takes you to the links off-page. The screens on the front page should all be fluid and adjust to different screen resolutions. It should be valid html5 and also work well on mobile devices, in particular ipad and iphone.
We are OK with the way the menu and the first screen works now, but we would like to get the final details of the other screens and the entry pages to work just as well. The work done this far is well documented, so you can build on the code already implemented.
These are the screens we need:
1st screen should stay like it is now, with only minor tweaks. One of those tweaks is that the opacity and background of the «logo box» needs adjustments to also work on the other screens.
2nd screen needs a new color. We think that it should be dark, but not as dark as now. Here you also see why we need to adjust the background color of the logo box. We also need to adjust the font colors on this screen. This screen displays our featured entries.
3rd screen need a complete makeover of the elements. This screen displays our latest non-featured blog entries.
4th screen needs a new color, like the 2nd screen. On this screen we would like a nice way to display our latest apps, together with a form where our visitors can send us their ideas for new apps.
5th screen is our «business card» which should contain our contact information, perhaps two or three photos of our team, aboout us text, our adresses and some logos of our custommers. The important thing is that the look and feel of this screen also works well, so we can remove any of the elements which does not add to the screen.

The footer needs adjustments of the design and details. We are much more happy with our current footer at [url removed, login to view] than we are with the current footer of the new design.
One of these screens designs should also function as the design for our blog entries.

The design must be in html5 and should work on web, iPhone and iPad. For iPad, we will probably use our homepage as a fast presentation of our company in meetings etc.

NB! All pages needs to be valid html5, and render perfectly in both browser, iPhone and iPad.
Copyright of completed project will be ours.
We will only place money in escrow after seeing a draft accepted by us. When we accept the design, we will place half the money in escrow. When functionality is working, we will place rest in escrow. Both escrows will be released when project are working on our servers.
