Joomla website hacked - need it cleaned up!

I have a client with a Joomla website that has been compromised. It has an iframe appearing in the header that I believe is created by a piece of Javascript somewhere, and the reading that I've done suggests there will be other issues throughout the site.
I need someone who can (quickly!) just clean up the site and remove the compromised code so that it will run properly again. There is likely to be a follow up project to make the site more secure.
