Resume Power Browser

We need desktop software designed that automatically retrieves and ranks jobseeker resumes. An example of what we need can be found at [url removed, login to view] (Resume InfoFinders) Software should be able to search top sources simultaneously including subscription resume banks, free Internet resume banks, hard to find resumes on web pages, web community resume pages, and files on PC, CD-ROM, and LAN. Must be able to "slow" the browser so it does not trigger safeguards build into the various job boards. Features should include highlight search terms, save and email resumes, export into applicant tracking systems, contact candidates via email, refine searches with no Internet delays, run scheduled searches, etc.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
