Web and Android printing app.
Summary:
We are a small private company that enforces properties across the city that are privately owned. We require a tool that will allow us to store and retrieve information + print from an android app, but also create profiles and users on a web office sort of application. Each property is different or each property we manage will be considered a profile.
The point of this system is to create a warning citation. That will warn the offending vehicle. And on some occasions some properties will require a payment citation. Each property will have an editable template that the android device will retrieve and use.
The Back Office Portion:
The website needs to be operational both in mysql or Msql. The reason is because we will probably be updating the platform in the near future. The website will require us to login:
Once we login we need a section where we can add new employees to log in, and change password etc.
We will require a section where we can create a printing template for the android app and save that template so we can later assign it to a profile. Look up plates and create templates.
The App Portion of it:
Needs to run on Android, and have printing capabilities through a Bluetooth printer.
The goal of the app is to select a property and through the “profile” created, load the template made and fill out the required information.
The app will have 4 menu options which below I will create a flow chart to better explain what we require.
The app will also have to be able to run "temporarily offline" when working underground.
