Web - Count first use of software

I have software already created. I would like to count how many times my software is downloaded and used. To do this, I can have the user go to any URL when they first run the software after installation. This is easy to do.

What website/URL should I send the user to that will keep a count?

Ideally, I would like to "open" a "3rd-party counter website". This website should have a login and password so I can view stats.

NOTE: I do not want to do the admin for a MySQL database. I want a 3rd party, clean place to do this. I do not want to host a MySQL database. I do not want a database that will be accidentally deleted by myself.
