eBay listing repricer based on Amazon prices

I am looking to build some software using Amazon and eBay APIs that continually monitors ebay listings that are of amazon products. The software should adjust the ebay buy it now price based on the current amazon price of that item and also end the ebay listing if the Amazon product is out of stock. The tool should also enable the user to set a profit margin of a fixed dollar amount which should change the eBay buy it now prices of all the items so if a sale is made, that profit is made based on the current Amazon price. knowledge of eBay fees should be known to achieve this calculation. I have a list of Amazon ASIN codes for all of my listings. I dont want this software to be a scraper, it must use APIs and must be robust enough to handle over 10000 ASIN codes in one run. I also want this tool built so anyone can download it then plug in their own ebay and amazon api account info and use it.
please let me know how you plan do complete, timeframe for completion, any relevant examples of past work, mockup of tool if you have similar.
