Complete SEO optimized website from scratch

I need highest quality, 100% SEO optimized website developed from scratch, top 10 position on Google + Yahoo + MSN , minimum of 400 unique visitors per day from free organic searches, homepage PR5, 10 main pages PR4, 20 pages PR3, Alexa rank under 300 000. Everything achieved within 4 months.

Only 100% ethical SEO techniques must be employed. Minimum 50% of all incoming links must be one-way links. Website submited to minimum 200 mayor search engines.

Detailed reports on website development, link building and search engine submissions must be enclosed every second week, after first month.

You shell do extensive keyword/keyword-phrase research and content writing for 30 pages with 500-600 words per page that will generate requiered traffic after 4 months. Content must be super optimized and written in perfect english in order to generate requiered traffic.

I will only provide general info about topics and a couple of generic keywords.

Your SEO efforts shell mainly ( 70%) focus on "seekers for software and ebooks with resell rights" and "internet-marketing-tolls", but also attract general (30%) "make-money-on-internet" seekers, "internet-business-opporunity" seekers and "home-business" seekers.

Project phase 1:

I will provide a domain name and point it to your server.

Following must be completed within first 40 days.

Whole Website as a combination of static html part (for maximum seo results) and SEO optimized CMS for future website growth. Also several top quality scripts should be seamlesly integrated into unique,clean and professional design: script for selling advertising space, article management script, link exchange script, secure download management script . Paypal, 2CO and Clickbank payments integrated.

Newsletter subscription forms ( for Aweber) on all pages , website search function, contact form function, tell a friend function, bookmark function.

All dynamic parts shell be done with php/MySQL.

At least 3 major design revisions must be offered.

When this part is completed and fully functioning after first 40 days you will be payed 1/3 of agreed total price and you will transfer the whole website to me.

Project phase 2.

After that you will continue working on keyword research/ content writing, link building and traffic development. After another 40 days 50% of SEO goals and traffic shell be achieved ( minimum of 200 unique visitors per day and 50% of all ranking goals achieved). Then you will be again paid 1/3 of total agreed sume, and you will again transfer whole website to me.

Project phase 3.

After another 40 days you will complete all goals and you will be payed 1/6 of agreed total price. When you have transfered to me 100% completed project with detailed installation instructions and user manual, installed it and verified it works on my webserver, You will be payed last 1/6 of total agreed price for the project.

Payments: I will not pay through escrow system. I will pay either by paypal or by credit card.

Contract/Receipt: You shell send me a sample copy of legal document that you use to provide upon completed payments before I grant you the project. I want to see a sample copy of such document that you issued to your previous customers before I choose you for the project.

Communication: ongoing email contact + live chat contact on satturdays and sundays. Phone contact if urgent. My timezone: Europe.

Your portfolio: please provide me only with highly relevant and very similar projects that you have done.

Team work: You must engage first class webdesigner, programmer and SEO expert for this project. I want to have names and direct contact with all persons involved in this project, not only with project manager.

If project is completed to my satisfaction and within 4 months, a long term SEO maintenance job may be offered ( max $100/month).

My Budget: $1200 - $2000 ( don't place higher bids, there is no more money for this project).
