PHP programmer " part time " ongoing work

We are looking to hire a PHP programmer on a part time basis, Job will become fall time for the right person.
Jobs include installing PHP scripts on our server and the odd script modifications.
This job is a work your own hours but worker must be able to work on a dead line, script instals must be completed within 4 days.
This job is paid on an hourly rate and will be paid daly
