UPGRADE PROGRAM of HASH-TAG in a CAPTCHA

I have 2 programs that can

1.) monitor a website for any "updates' that a member writes

2.) constantly monitor a specific user for an unlimited amount of time

3.) recognize a keyword ( stated by me before starting the program)

4.) recognize a picture in the the "update" writen by the specific user on the website

5.) it would pull a hashtag (#hashtag) out of the picture

6.) then it would write back in a direct message to that specific user ( based on my choosing before program started )

7.) with the hashtag that was puled out of the picture, and a pre-written phrase such as ( chris paul 13 )

This entire process will be done in about 1.6 seconds

example of process

specific users writes: #RSVP is now open for the Air Jordan 5 Retro. Hashtag is circled in this image [login to view URL] [login to view URL]

the program would write back in a direct message: #Seedless Chris Paul 14

Now what I need done is 3 OPTIONS either one is acceptable

OPTION 1:

1.) first program works 100% accurately, but I need a license removed from the program causing a restriction stated "Dm limit was reached"

take note this is not my program thus why i need the license removed and you would need to reverse engineer to get source code

take note I do not have the source to give to you

but download link of the program is provided along with video on how it is used

2.) Next I would need the entire process written above to take less than a second. Preferably 100ms

SPEED AND ACCURACY IS KEY!!

OPTION 2:

1.) I have another program that does the same exact process but is not accurate and not as fast

KEEP IN MIND THIS PROGRAM HAS NO RESTRICTIONS NOR LICENSE

free to do as you please

I believe this program has the source code in the download link ( keep in mind I will provide download link )

2.) This program ocr needs to be updated and upgraded. It does not pick up the #hashtag in the picture accurately and it does not send response in less than 1 second SPEED AND ACCURACY IS KEY!
