Flash banner ad management software

Need a php based flash banner ad management program to manage flash and video banners to online subscribers. Users must be able to register, login , choose from banner menu and purchase banner impressions or clicks, online with an automated payment process using IPN(paypal or 2checkout). Must be able to copy a link that places our ads on their webpage.

Admin must be able to manage banners and assign banners to menu's or to individual users. We would like the program to have the same look and feel of the website. We are open to creating a new program or altering an open source script to suit our needs, so long as the resulting program and code does not belong to someone else. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request or installtion on our server, our choice. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
