Opencart "Request a quote" module - with language support

This project is similar to another project earlier listed here. However, as we cannot find the module on the market, we now ask for help with our own project.

Working within the opencart shopping cart file structure, this project requires customized development for the latest opencart release. This project also requires an option to update the module if needed at a fair cost, when new opencart versions are released.

Client wishes to implement an "add to quote" button for each product, much like a "add to cart" button. Though, we would like to keep the shopping cart system intact, this project needs an additional button so that buyers can request a quote for a single or multiple products all at once.

Once the buyer has finished adding products to the quote list, they should be able to submit the items, which will be sent in a list form via email to the cart owner, and will then be viewable by the opencart admin from the backend.

Other buyers should, still, be able to place their orders in the shopping cart as usual.
