196321 File Hosting Script

Looking for a File Hosting Script. I have evaluated most of the free and commercial options that are available and non seem to do what I need. This script will be used to host real estate disclosure statements for realtors.

Two types of users:

Buyers Agents - These are like guest logins, but they need to register so we can keep track of their download history. Buyers Agents accounts are free, they are download only accounts. Whey they login they are presented with two search boxes, one is for MLS number and the other is for property address.

Listing Agents - These are the users that upload files, they also have access to download as well. The sign-up for them should include a way to pay for a subscription (PayPal or 2Checkout). Once the subscription payment is verified the account is activated.

Once logged in they are able to upload docs (PDF and Tiff only). There are no size restrictions required. Each upload has 2 sets of keywords attached, the property address and the MLS number. Both keywords are searchable and any docs with the keywords should appear in the search results. This way multiple docs can be uploaded for the same property. All docs should have an expiration date for example they are only on the server for 180 days with the option to extend them when they are close to expiring if needed. Documents expirations should be notified via email to the user that posted the docs.

Script should have editable headers and footers so I can wrap it in a template. There should also be an admin console for account administration that should show me all files that a user has uploaded and when they expire.
