Custom Modifications to a PHP Script

I need a developer/programmer to modify the 'Ultimate Client Manager' (CodeCanyon) script, so that it properly fits my needs.
The modifications should be straightforward for a skilled programmer.
Mods are as follows:
1 - Modify the security/user roles code so that a staff user can check off tasks WITHOUT having access to modify task price etc.
2 - Create/modify the group plugin allowing the administrator to assign staff members to specific "job groups"
There will be other modifications needed in the near future, should the winning candidate wish to take on further work.
