Job Site

I simply need a job search website, capable of most if not all what the decent job sites can do i.e search jobs, post resumes, categorize sectors, recruiter friendly, and can send job alert emails to job seekers according to their preference or job relevancy. To make it short I need something similar to monster or career builder or similar to webscribble script. My budget for the project is low because this is what I can spend on this project at the moment. Please if you think my offer is not high enough I appreciate if you don't bid, you are allowed to role your eyes or shake your head but not sarcasm or giving lectures and don't bid $5 and pm me astronomical figure later that is distasteful. Please don't show me scripts from dotcombuilder that are sold on ebay either. Thank you for understanding and happy bidding.
