Google App Engine Server

I am looking for someone who has good experience with Google App Engine. We will be working hand in hand on this project. For security purposes, I cannot give you a spec at this stage; however, I can tell you what the work involves: 30 Inserts/Updates: these queries should all be easy 30 selects queries: again these should all be easy some algorithms I have also developed some security features that need to be implemented but they are very easy to implement. Typically when you created the server side you would want to be able to test your own work.. so you would need to create a very basic ugly gui with which to call the servers functions. The architecture has already been planned out completely; so I am merely relying on your typing skills and your experience with Google App Engine. I believe 1000$ will more than cover the total time spent on this project. Google App Engine supports java and python. You need to state which one you wish to utilize. Some data must be stored in memory so that the server can respond faster to requests.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
