Install/Upgrade and Customize Dada Mail

This bid is for 4 tasks below:

1. Upgrade Dada Mail installation from 7.x to the latest (7.3.1)

Instruction from the developer and source/installation is provided.

It's Linux based.

2. Currently Dada Mail support Amazon SES quota auto detection, bounce handling and complain handling.

For Mandrill, it only support quota auto detection (Automatic Batch Settings).

I would like you to customize it so it also can handle bounce and handle complain

automatically with Mandrill, just like when its with Amazon SES.

3. The latest version (7.3.1) support Web Services API

It allow me to validate and subscribe addresses, unsubscribe addresses get and set list settings and send out mass mailings from another application easily and securely.

But...

It doesn't allow me to modify field content for that particular user.

eg: when I subscribe a user from my own PHP application, I would like to set "last_date_trx"

field content with current date and time. Currently the Web Services API doesn't provide

this feature/function. I would like you to modify it to allow me doing that from my own PHP application.

Please also make a sample php script that updates user's subscription and user data using the modified API.

4. I have 2 hosts so when you've done with first host, you will need to implement

those changes also on the second host.

I'm looking for a longterm business relationship, so when I need a Dada Mail upgrade/customization in the future,
