Here is the website functionality.

a person goes to the website, and they can choose to sign in as 1) A Company or 2) A blogger

1) Company user functionality.

a) If they are a company, they can say a) I am willing to pay x dollars per person who comes to my website, and they can also choose b) I am willing to pay y dollars for a completed transaction from this link

b) They register their payment details. Strip can be used for payment integration

c) If they also choose b) above, They get a code that they can install on their shopping cart to track transactions. *****This does not have to work for every shopping cart in the world. If you have experience on one popular shopping cart, you can just build it to work on that one. *********

2) Blogger functionality

a) If the person who goes to the website is a blogger, they can sign up and then they go to a page which shows them all of the companies willing to pay for traffic.

b) They can choose a company and click generate link. They can post the link anywhere on the internet, and it will track the traffic they generate
