Poker Room (virtual money) with CMS - repost

We are looking for a online poker room game module / server system.
Basic features:
- game should be design to play "virtual dollars" (real money may be add in the future - but now not necessary)
- user can buy "virtual dollars" by watching banners of our advertisers etc.... this part of "system" will be conected to other advertise company
- basic poker games - texas holdem, omaha, 5 Card Draw, 5 Card Stud, 7 Card Stud, minimum we want - texas holdem (all limits),
- database sytem on the server to collect all data
- fast working sollution
- poker server instalation on linux OS, client console only for windows (not necessary MAC, Linux...etc) - download or without download - up to ypu

- players will share real money which poker room get from advertisers, so it should be "system" to easy count
what part of real money they can get, example: [url removed, login to view]

Player / customer features:
- other players searching module should be included
- player may check own account balance
- some tournaments may have a security code to enter
- classic type of poker games (cash, tournament - one and multitable, sit&go)
- user can view results previous tournaments on web site
- user can register from web site
- highscores, chipleaders, customers forum - on the poker room web site
Admin features
- easy add process of new games in the future (depend of money we have to pay for this), games roulette, black jack, slots etc....
- easy language translation by administrator (only customer side, admin side not necesary)
- bacause of virtual money system - safe conection is not necessary (client / server)
- administrator can edit players data, and other information on web site
- tournaments should be able to schedule
- solid intergraded CMS with nice layout, we are using Joomla CMS: [url removed, login to view], so poker room may be part of this (componenet, module...).... less work for your company
- for the admin section (operator) we should be available to set all the options of the poker client software, for e.g. deposit options, rooms (limit or unlimit), etc...
You must be able to show relevant work pokersystem.
Similiar features to above are possible - if you have already done similiar project
