Need a complete website (Something like [url removed, login to view]) or similar online B2B trading website.
Requirements: Website should have online shopping cart, ability to handle high volume, high transactions and large volume of content. Users should sell services and buy services, customer support services etc. Auto mailers, Customer subscription, user registration, admin, Payment, Chat modules. Good and fast search engine. Simple user interface (Ajax like). The website should be secure to handle transactions and highly user friendly, simple and intuitive. Despite all these, should have good/acceptable response time. The website should be easy on maintenance. The content management should be simple task.
Qualification:
The bidder should mention:
1) Prior experience on building similar websites. (Preferred) A callable reference is good to have.
2) Technology: Please suggest technology platform/architecture - Open source preferred. PHP (Drupal/Joomla/Wordpress / Other) or Java/JSF/Hibernate. DB is opensource.
3) Cost estimate with breakup and timelines.
