Project Description:
I need a Google Adsense website that can generate at least 150$. I don't have any restrictions about the niche as long as it is not about forex and it doesn't violate Google Adsense Terms & Rules.
I do have the Adsense account and I own a server, also I'll register the domain once we choose it, then you should build the website using WordPress. Custom design is required, or we can modify an existing theme but it should look totally different.
Tasks:
1- Build a web site using WordPress, with design as mentioned above including graphic design.
2- Create SEO content of the site, which is an ongoing work.
3- Proof reading.
4- White Hat SEO marketing, and only white.
5- Anything else required in order to achieve the $150 daily earning as long as it doesn't violate Google Adsense Terms.
6- The achieved earnings rate should be constant for at least one year, and you should show me how to keep that and to increase it on farther stages.
7. Must provide domain name and hosting.
Terms:
1- Milestone payments only no advanced payments.
2- No religious content.
3-At least 6 months monitoring of web for stable earning.
4-Final payment will be made once earning is reached as mention level.
5. Milestones will be 30 days after the monthly earnings have been confirmed.
6. Milestone amounts will be half the amount of the confirmed monthly earnings.
7. The one year time frame may be extended if I am happy with your earning performance.
8. Must have my Google analytics code and my AdSense code installed, so I can track statistics and revenue
9. You will be responsible to provide for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website.
10. If required you get approval from Google adsense account for this new site (I have an adsense account though)
