The website we are interested in getting a similar clone to is:

This website allows someone to submit a mini article to the site with these fields:
URL
Title
Description
It generates an article on the page with a permalink and when it reaches 20 articles on the front page it starts to make a list of pages or concatenate them.
Would like to give people the option to include two phrases in their article that can link to a link of their choice, creating a backlink with their chosen anchor text.
Currently this site requires you pay through PayPal to list your ad. We would like to have the same function but have it completely free without payment.
These things will be added:
Option to add social bookmark submission links like:
Digg, StumbleUpon, Mixx, Delicious, Reddit, Propeller, Yahoo Buzz, etc. These will be optional to add. If one of these links are added a little logo below the article will link to the submitted page at the social media site.
Site should include an RSS feed and Sitemap that is constantly updated.
In order for the submission to go through there should be some type of CAPTCHA verification.
Would prefer a simple backend admin area to be able to eventually ad any various type of ad code like Adsense as a top header or sidescraper.
