Awesome Project for Awesome Designer/Programmer -- Start Now

I am tired of unprofessional and unreliable web/graphic designers and programmers who say they can complete a project and then later renig on their offer. Constantly promising more then they can deliver, just to be chosen as the service provider.

I am seeking someone who can complete this project in a timely manner.

You must communicate with me at least twice a day and provide updates on your progress -- as it seems this is the only way on GAF you can be sure that your project is being worked on and will be complete without waiting until the deadline time comes to find out it has not been worked on at all.

If you already have a ton of projects to work on and can not dedicate appropriate time to this project to get it done quickly, then please do not bother. I do not want to work with someone who is spreading him/herself so thin that every project, no matter how small will take them 15+ days to complete.

I am looking to choose someone immediately. You must be comfortable installing scripts, working with dynamic content, working with databases, and creating online forms/pop ups.

Please indicate if you have experience with phpfox (as that is the basis for the site).
