SharePoint expert with SharePoint server farm expertise needed

We have a SharePoint project which needs optimization.

Currently, it works on a SharePoint server farm, but needs work to get it working on SharePoint 2007, 2010 and get errors fixed.

You need to have a reputation (10+ projects with deep SharePoint expertise). Database is SharePoint itself.

Problem:

We have a problem with a SharePoint script written:

2) It does not do DISCO (SOAP Discovery) correctly.

3) It needs to be packaged correctly.

4) It needs to work on stand-alone SharePoint, SharePoint cloud not only SharePoint server farm;

5) Any other optimizations you can think of to make it work better.

The script is an ASPX/C# script which uses SharePoint objects to display a right-click menu and drop-down menu in SharePoint.

It selects a file and version. But the file/version selection depends on certain security features and may not work on Stand-alone SharePoint.

The script needs updating to work on all versions (not only SharePoint Server Farm) of SharePoint and other requirements as above.
