42725 Rich Text Entry Form

I need a Rich Text Editor form where you can enter text. The form will save the data as a .txt file which will be immediately uploaded to the web server. The name of the text file will be selected through a pre-loaded drop down menu selection. All new uploaded files will replace/overwrite the old files. By editing the source code, I need to be able to populate the drop down menu selection and also select the correct folder destination for the saved text files. The rich text editor page can be html or php.
