I need a calculator with the following routine: the client enters his monthly bruttoincome and how many he gets a year (12 or 13). this is multiplied with each other the result should be 35% of that amount. furthermore he has to enter how high his monthly expenses for credit paybacks and other payments are (fix costs), this fix costs are then subtracted from the 35% and afterwards divided by 6,3%. the result is then the amount we want to be shown as the maximum financiable result.
