Clean up infected JOOMLA Site

I have a Joomla site thats been hacked, and I need it cleaned up, its a quick fix, I need the sites files FTP'd down, and the following file removed
public_html/components/com_finder/views/search/[url removed, login to view]
This has been sending out SPAM
I then need to let the Hosting company clean down the server and then we can upload the CLEAN version..
this is really a quick job...
No day dreamers, and PAYMENT is after completion...
