1 beauty label design in illustration (Adobe illustration - Vector)

The "DIY skincare" business concept I am doing - which people can choose their preferred ingredients from our website, and we would label the ingredient bottle (some bottles are brown glass, some bottles are white bottles - see attached), so now I need an illustrator help to create label which I can stick them into the bottles, no matter it is brown, aluminum, transparent, or white bottle, and make sure the label look good in either colour bottle.
Art direction: Girly, unique, fun, cute, playful, DIY.
Target audiences: Chinese and English female around 20-33, who want to try new things, and DIY Beauty is a fun, playful concept, (excellent way to save people money too!) for people to try on.
In the label, it should have below elements/text:
-Logo (Already done - see attached)
-Logo slogan (Every one can make their own beauty)
-Plant/Ingredient name (I can easily change the text in the AI file)
-Country of origion (I can easily change the text in the AI file)
-100ml/50ml ....(Depending on the bottle size, I can change it myself)
-Plant photo (I will supply them, and I would them to be easily changed depending on different plant for each bottle without changing the design, basically I can cut delete and paste new plant photo in the label artwork)
Background color of the label: Since some bottles would be brown glass bottles, some would be white bottle, so I wish the label background looks good either on the brown or white bottles.
Put some illustration and drawing related to "DIY beauty" concept, such as using below text:
-DIY your beauty
-First, ......
-Second....
-Third....
-Done!
-Your unique blend!
English text and logo on the front, while on the back of the label, there will be Chinese text (so that Chinese customers can recognize what the ingredient is.
1 artwork required (I assume I can change the artwork file into different proportion according to the size of the bottles - 100ml/50ml/[url removed, login to view] right?)
(According the bottle or jar, I can alter the design and change the plant name + photo + country of origin to fit different bottle size)
