Need a Photographer to shoot retail product with model in Chicago area

I have one product to sell on Amazon. I require 7 to 10 photos of the product itself and some in use with a model. Also need two or three lifestyle photos. Need Hi Res photo ready for digital and print packaging use.
Will give complete direction on how photographs are to be taken.
