Simple Android/Apple App needs creating

We need a app created for companys to come on and input some data. The data they will be inputting will be items they have for sale at that certain time. So they will need to be able to add and delete there items that will be shown on the app. When a user searches it will bring up the results from all over the country, to do with the item they have searched for.
