I need a program that will scrape [url removed, login to view] for phone numbers by using the reverse address look up search. I have address information for potential leads in a CSV file and would like to have some sort of MS Access add-on that would match every lead address with a phone number by searching whitepages.com. It would also be nice to have a field generated which would indicate the strength of the match. For instance, an phone number that was matched to an office building, but the suite information was unavailable would not be as strong of a match as a single family residence where the street name and number as well as contact name was matched correctly.
