I am in the process of starting an online traffic school for the state of California. I need help with the programming aspect of the site.
I will provide design, layout, text & images.
Basically I need a site where students can register with their own username, take graded quizzes, and once quizzes are passed with a certain score they can take a final exam. The site also needs to be set up so that they can use their credit card to pay for the course. I will also be accepting personal checks, so the final exam will need to be locked until payment is received and processed. Once the student passes the final exam, an email needs to be sent to me as well as the student.
The site needs to be search engine optimized.
