XL4016 buck converter PCB board diagnosis

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can diagnose and repair my XL4016 buck converter PCB board. The specific issue I am experiencing is a failure to regulate the output voltage - I am not getting the output voltages at all on the output screwed terminal connectors once I connect to the power supply. I have this PCB board designed to take in 7S battery power AND convert that into 5 different voltage rails. But I dont get the output as expected with the actual board from JLCPCB. The issue I feel is with the PCB design. I can provide Gerber, schematic files for the diagnosis. I would also appreciate a feedback on the use of 5 XL4016 chips to do this job of regulating out 5 different voltage rails 24V,24V,12V,5V,5V. The board also has a VSENSE pin to check the battery voltage through a voltage divider circuit, 3 expansion ports, and an LED pin connector for indicating the charging process. There is also an XT60 connector for connecting to the external charger and another XT60 t connect to the battery. Ready to provide information and files for diagnosis
