Mac OSX App - Get USB Hardware ID and display it on screen

A. Compatibility
Application should be compatible with XCode running with El-Capitan
B. Distribution
I want to make application that distributed with USB. There will be 2 files inside USB:
1. the application file itself
2. [login to view URL] (contain 1 line of string e.g. "1234567890abcdefg")
C. Function
The application only have 1 form with 4 buttons and 4 textbox.
1. button "show usb hardware id"
this should show usb hardware id on textbox (so every usb will display their unique id)
2. button "show timestamp"
this should show current datetime (e.g. 2015-12-31) on textbox
3. button "show timestamp with MD5"
same as number 2 but the timestamp should be encoded with MD5 on textbox
4. button "show information"
will read [login to view URL] and display on the textbox, if file missing then display "[login to view URL] file missing"
