Integrate open source project library in a Cocoa Application for Mac OSX 10.9

Hi I need to integrate a library from [login to view URL] into MAC OSX 10.9 application. The repo has the code which has a demo example. I have followed the instructions by the developer but when I try to replicate into a new project I get few errors. I need to compile it for OSX10.9 with ARC. There might be some build settings I am not setting it correctly for it to build.
In a nutshell this is what I need?
I need someone who is good in C++ , XCode to have a look at the attached project and compile it to remove all the errors. I need it to be compiled/ or work with OSX10.9.
