New StickAM Webcam ChatRoom! -- 2

I need a website, and I installed and secured the SSL. I provide a clean server with the CentOS 7 operating system. Furthermore, I need someone who wants to design the 2023 stickam webcam chatroom that used to exist.

The domain is [login to view URL] due to having an age 18+, no nudity website that I will require. 

The website will show room display icons for users' rooms on a categories page. These categories will be defined by users and the hashtags they create. Each new hashtag will later be banned. With that in mind, a username may also be saved alone with hashtags.

These rooms will have a themed background and banner, and some will allow images and emojis with resizing in the descriptions. The emojis will be in the titles of rooms; only a banner or text will be allowed in those areas. All users, both streaming and non-streaming, are represented in the chat and chat menu. These are options that will allow a stream to be seen without membership or require users to have membership to even join the room or stream at all. The room creator must have the ability to give others powers to assist them in design or moderation. Members or rooms must not be able to be duplicated or cloned in any way. The streamers who depend on this website will love you later. Keep in mind that this is optional, as is the number of spaces available for streamers to join in the room on room creation and in the settings for the room owner. These will be limited to 16 slots at most, but they must be on a controllable layout selected by the room owner.

Memberships and profiles will be one and the same. If the user checked the box to show all information on the form, the profile will show all information; however, the user's age can be hidden if the user does not want others to know. The entire project must be at least WebRTC-related, with 16 possible guests streaming in a room. with a limit of 100 users per room until we change this limit later.

There must be a nice visual member list along with member options according to powers along with kicks and bans to these streamers/chatters from the room they're currently in. It will need a report tab to collect reports and an easy 4 or 5 option drop down menu asking what is the reason for the report.
