Need a MERN developer with expertise of Google API to fix a urgent bg

the project is this:

It is about a platform where a digital nomad can see places nearby were to work in co-working places, internet cafe, or else.

the main issue is the one I attached as a screenshot. Those errors are appearing and it is not possible to use the platform in any way.

The errors happening also if I have enabled localization so if you are developer saying that is the issue please don't bid at all.

The project is stored on a Heroku server.

Already 5 developers tried to fix this saying they are experts of this and asking a lot of money and nothing was fixed, due to this reason the project will be assigned only after the developer will evaluate the project on its local machine in max 24h. No answer in exact 24h saying like I cannot fix or that you cannot do it or else as an answer to my message, you get silent I will report you directly as I had enough of developers saying a lot and still projects. Please be aware of it as I cannot tolerate any more delays and misconduct.

The project will be in 2 phases because of this:

1) Candidate evaluation with the project up and ranking on the local machine then the developer will attend to find a solution or a reason for the issue. The developer in 24h will present a screenshot or an evaluation about the issue and if it is able to fix, time estimation.

2) After that evaluation success, the developer will share the codes about the fix and assist to make it work also on the server

Note: The developer will not share any codes until the milestone will be created to maintain a fair collaboration. The developer is asked only to share a screenshot of the working product or a solution or another way to prove he or she has an idea to fix the issue. No free job is asked but due some developers acted without respect on this project I cannot due differently as I don't want to have a fight about refunds.

Please bid taking I mind the above situation.

Budget is fixed on 50$

I will consider only an evaluation of different budget if you will present a solution to the problem in 24h max 32h and prove it by screencast/shot you fixed. Then I will create a milestone with the 10% of the budget you feel fair to evaluate your work and confirm that you have been honest to me.

I'm open to discussing what above with serious developers.
