Fix a vb.net class for 64 bit windows

I have a vb.net class, this class works fine on windows 32 but 64 bits. If you think you can fix and make it to work on 64 bits windows, please take a look at the attached source.
Before I pick you, you need to send me a demo exe so I can test it on windows 64 bits

Here's the class that works in 64-bit windows but the code is in vb6. You might compare it to the vb.net class to find out why vb.net class didn't work in 64-bit windows
