SAP Custom Data in PR and PO screen

Good Day.
I require to display some custom data in PR and PO screens in SAP system, and save the custom data into some Z tables with relation to PR and PO.
This project requires ABAP development, Implementation of User Exit and Enhancement.
This project will be performed in two stages. Proceeding to the second stage depends on the outcome of the first stage. So please configure the project into two milestones once you are awarded.
I appreciate if the implementation is presented on a demo SAP client before transferring the work to our testing server, and finally to production server. Also, I will need you to walk me through the development process, and show me the source codes.
I can assist in developing some function modules for the sake of the project.
