1. New User Dial a DID number, auto create A2billing acct. based on CID and then send SMS to User to notify them. We will provide SMS integration and other info.

2. Setup Wallect Acct for each A2billing User. Acct is funded via 1. Voucher 2. Bank transfer info contained in a text file. ( Info from 2 different incoming text files will be stored in 2 DB tables) Some fields from Table1 are compared to fields in Table 2 when a match is made acct is credited. Additional info will be provided.
