Windows Service MVC C# not Working Perfectly

I have a windows service made in MVC C#, some of its functions are not working perfectly. I have annexed the [url removed, login to view] file of my windows application below for perusal. It involves following issue-

1. At times we can set the invoice generation period dynamically from my admin. The invoice should generated automatically x prior no of days from the order due date. But it is getting generated after x no of days from order due date.

2. At times we have a code that when user's invoice is generated an email and sms goes to user until payment is made by him or until his due date, and after due date it shall go it the interval of 7 days until 52 weeks or until payment is made by user. Now this sms and email is not getting send.

3. We have a code for late fees calculation which is debited to the users account after one day of order due date. This late fees is not getting generated. This is also to be resolved.
